Hi, I'm Donna McCallum and I'm delighted to welcome you to this guided meditation. Thank you for giving yourself this time for yourself. Please find yourself a comfortable, quiet place, sitting or lying down, where you will be undisturbed. If you fall asleep during this guided meditation, don't worry, it's still working at a subconscious mind level, so all good. No effort is required from you. Just relax. Okay, so this meditation is for you to connect with the soul of your business. And I invite you to take a deep breath in and out. Gently close your eyes. Allow your top eyelids to rest on your bottom eyelids. and become aware of your breathing as you breathe deeply in and out and in and out and I invite you to imagine that there's a beautiful warm white light just above you and it's showering down the most exquisite sensation of relaxation all through your aura, your energetic fields and you feel it now penetrating into the top of your head and this beautiful golden white relaxing light You can feel it flowing down through your head, your ears, your jaw, into your neck. Feel it flowing through the inside and the outside of your body. Your shoulders literally dissolving with this golden white light relaxation. Moving down your arms, elbows, forearms. through your hands out of the tips of your fingers and notice now this beautiful warm relaxing light moving down your chest your stomach over your hips into your thighs your thighs dissolving with relaxation down the right-hand side of your back and the left-hand side of your back, all the way down your spine, into your buttocks, down into your knees, your calves, your shins, your ankles, your feet, and right down into the earth. And imagine this beautiful, warm, golden white light. connecting you from sky to earth from earth to sky with the most exquisite sensation of relaxation and this energy cleaning cleansing releasing relaxing I invite you now to imagine that you are in the most beautiful working space that you can imagine. And as you look around, you know that it is your working space. and I invite you to imagine what this open to possibility amazing beautiful harmonious for you working space would look like feel like Notice the environment and what you're seeing. Imagine and sense what you would be hearing. Let your fingers and hands touch things that are in this workspace. So that you can actually feel the textures. and notice how this abundant, beautiful, harmonious workspace makes you feel. And now I invite you to imagine and sense and know that your business, even though you're integrally involved, is separate from you. Your business has its own energy. It has its own energetic structure. It is its own thing. And I invite you to imagine that into the room, into the workspace that you're in, walks the soul of your business. And I invite you to really take in, notice, sense, imagine feel what the soul of your business looks like and notice what the soul of your business is doing and is drawn to in that workspace area. And I invite you to connect with and have a conversation with the soul of your business. Firstly asking it, what does it need? Listen closely. Listen closely as you ask the soul of your business what ideas, wisdom or advice it has for you. keep listening keep conversing ask more questions if they arise for you keep noticing have this powerful deep conversation with the soul of your business so that the soul of your business can really share with you its needs, desires, and wisdom. And now I invite you to thank the soul of your business for connecting with you and sharing with you. And very slowly and gently, I'm going to count back from 10 until 1. And as I do, you'll find your awareness returning back into the room and you'll feel light and bright and energized and be really connected to the wisdom and the soul of your business.
