Meditation to Create a Lush, Abundant Money Garden
This guided meditation comes from one of my programs. The participants have been pulling weeds and preparing the soil of their Money Garden in the first weeks of the Program.
Now it is time to connect to the energy of Money and to imagine the abundance of this Money Garden in full Bloom.
And like any garden, you will need to keep on tending to it; watering it, pulling out new weeds and planting the flowers you want to enjoy in future.
This meditation will support you in connecting to the energy of your Money Garden.

Hi, I'm Donna McCallum, and I'm delighted to welcome you to this guided meditation. Thank you for giving yourself this time for yourself. Please find yourself a comfortable, quiet place, sitting or lying down, where you'll be undisturbed. If you fall asleep during this guided meditation, don't worry. It's still working at a subconscious mind level. So all good. No effort is required from you. Just listen. Relax. I invite you to take a deep breath in and out. Gently close your eyes. Allow your eyelids to rest softly together. And now I invite you to allow your whole body to soften. Notice any places where there's feelings, stress or tension. any places in your body that feel hard or sore and bring your awareness to those parts of your body and just hold the intention of softening and relaxing softening and relaxing and what you'll notice is that as you bring awareness to different parts of your body with the thought of softening and relaxing. Those parts, the tension dissolves like butter melting on a pan. Bring your awareness to your shoulders, any tension there, allow it to dissolve. Your neck area, softening and relaxing. Your jaw, loose and relaxed. Your back, softening and relaxing. your buttocks softening and relaxing the soles of your feet softening and relaxing dissolving like butter the top of your head softening and relaxing and now I invite you to take three slow deep breaths in and out. Long, slow, deep breaths. And with those breaths, you find yourself becoming more present in the moment, in your body, right here, where you are. And now as your body is relaxed and present, I invite you to imagine your money garden. As you look out at your money garden, you may notice piles of weeds that you already pulled, some tilled soil, newly planted seeds. And I invite you to very curiously and gently walk around your money garden and reflect on the last six weeks, the weeds that you've pulled, the new thoughts, the new behaviors, the new mindset, the new emotions that you're cultivating and have planted. and really notice and reflect on the garden and how much you've already done. You might find that your mind goes to places of how much more you have to do, and that's normal. That's often where the mind goes. But I invite you to bring it back and to keep looking at the kinds of powerful practices, new behaviors, new exercises, new realizations that are happening. And now I invite you to imagine that the energy of money is with you in this garden. And the energy of money is so delighted about the work that you've already done. I invite you to allow money to imagine with you and paint the picture with you of how this garden can look if you continue to very gently tend to your relationship with money in this money garden. Allow money to share with you how this garden is going to look. The abundance. The flourishing. And listen for any wisdom that money has to give you right now. Listen closely to what Mani says. now thank money for being with you co-creating with you and imagine yourself taking a watering can and watering some of these good behaviors shifts in mindset shifts in emotion that you've planted empowering beliefs and watering them as your sign of commitment to their growth and flourishing. And now, very slowly and gently, I'm going to count back from 10. until one. And as I do, you will find your awareness returning back into the room and you will feel bright, light, and energized and be ready for the rest of our session together. 10, nine, eight, becoming slowly conscious, seven, six, five, aware of your body, Aware of your breathing. Four. Three. Feeling good. Wiggling your fingers. Wiggling your toes. Two. And one. Link your eyes together and open them. And now you might want to have a big stretch up. And a big yawn. Welcome back.
