hi i'm donna mccallum and i'm delighted to welcome you to this guided meditation thank you for giving yourself this time for yourself please find yourself a comfortable quiet place sitting or lying down where you will be undisturbed if you fall asleep during this guided meditation don't worry it's still working at a subconscious mind level so all good no effort is required from you just Relax. I invite you to take a deep breath in and out and gently close your eyes. Rest your top eyelids on your bottom eyelids and become aware of your breathing as you breathe deeply in and out. And as you breathe deeply, I invite you to allow yourself to simply arrive here. Allow your body to arrive. All the things that have happened earlier today, all the things that might happen later that you might still have buzzing around in your head, Just allow them to drop away like you're taking off a coat and just dropping it onto the floor. And once we've completed this, you're welcome to pick up whatever you need to pick up again, but just for now, allowing it to drop away so that you can be present here now with your breath. allowing your breathing to become slower, deeper, rounder, and smoother. And as you breathe in, I invite you to imagine that you're breathing in Colors of water, turquoise, blues, greens, colors of the ocean. And as you breathe out, I invite you to imagine that you're breathing out fire. Fire. oranges, yellows, and reds. Breathing in the cool colors of water, soothing, relaxing, calming. And breathing out the warm colors of fire, reds, oranges, and yellows, releasing. and allowing that exhaling breath, the fire breath, the releasing breath to just burn away any things that are going on in your unconscious, subconscious or even conscious about this process about your dreams and goals any doubts, limiting beliefs, fears that you may have breathing in the cool colors of water breathing out a release and you don't need to force it simply just holding the intention of the release and holding the intention of the transformative energy of fire provides the shift yes it can be that simple Yes, it can be that easy. Take a few more rounds of breath like this, breathing in calm, cool, nourishing, and breathing out to burn away, release, let go, transform. I'm going to be quiet for a few minutes while you do a few more rounds of this breath. And now I invite you to feel into your heart space area, front and the back of your chest. And I invite you to feel some of the feelings that you experience some of the positive, powerful, beautiful feelings that you experience when you think of any of your dreams, your goals, your desires, the things you are wishing for. I invite you to imagine that those feelings, those emotions, whatever they are, you might sense them or feel them or even be able to name them. You might have visuals that accompany them. Whatever those emotions are, allow them to fill up your chest and fill up your energy. can even radiate out and expand out from your heart space into the world. So that the feelings associated with your dreams, your goals, your desires are like energy rippling out from you this vibration this resonance imagine it rippling out as big as the room that you're in as big as the house that you're in, as big as the suburb that you're in, as big as the village or the town or the city that you're in, and watch as the ripples of this energy associated with your dreams, your goals, ripples out as big as the province or state that you are in, and then as big as the country that you're in. Feel the ripples of that energy. Notice, sense, imagine, see You are emanating the emotional vibration already of your dreams and goals, of the future that lies ahead of you. And it is this energetic vibration, this resonance that brings the events, circumstances, people, things that are needed for the material manifestation, starts bringing them into your reality. So sense yourself rippling this energy out as big as the whole country that you're in. And really anchor in this feeling. And now, very slowly and gently, I'm going to count back from 10 until 1 and as I do you'll find your awareness returning back into the room and you'll feel bright and light and energized you'll be able to hold the sensation the feeling the image of beaming those emotions associated with your dreams and goals out into the world. 10, 9, 8, becoming slowly conscious, 7, 6, 5, aware of your body, aware of your breathing, 4, 3, Wiggling your fingers, wiggling your toes. Two and one. Blink your eyes together and open them. You might want to have a big stretch up. You might want to have a big yawn. Welcome back.
